Winters here

Well as the colder weather has started i have been out in the garden too tidy away the end of my beautifull summer plants and see what we can do to put some winter cheer in the garden.
The last of my tomartoes have done i was so plz they were very tasty.
I have cleaned out the green house ready for my new seedling and all the new things to have a go at lets hope they do as well as this years growth

Baby bump

Well the january bump is nearly hear and we are all getting ready for it lotty is very excited for her freinds here is a few bits ive done for her shower tomorow

Lazy days

I was looking forward to a lie in on my day off today followed by some seriuse knitting as i went out for tea lastnight with the family and didnt get much done i have to finish mums cardigan for christmas and all these baby knits i have done for a freind need sewing up and buttons or ribbons attaching these jobs alawys seem to be left and then before you know it baby will arive early and ill be runing around loke a headless chicken ha.
So as i turned over thismorning awakend by the sounds of harry stules blasting out and even worse the sound of an out of tune 15yr old grovey chick doing her thing getting ready for school we both relalized the time we both were up too early thanks holly well at least i can get more knitting done.

Learning new things

It has been a long time since i last blogged lots of thing have been going on firstly i broke my wrist and that was not good at all apart from the pain it stopped me doing my one main passion in life knitting how hard is it to sit at night time and relax to watch tv ans not pick up your knitting it was hell
it has been a long recovery ans i would say that its about 90% better however when i have been doing a lot of knitting after a long day hairdressing my wrist is some what sore and as i age the arthritis will proberly get worse so thats somthing to look forward to .
but on a happy note i have finished some projects and hope to be able to use my new laptop and show you all the pickys well i hope so as i am still learning and its more by luck than chance ha here goes.
