What will today bring ?

Every day bring us a new challange in one way or another even if we dont relize it each day i try to be posative, helpfull and not moan as much as the prevoius day but working with the public can put a lot of strain on this theory so try to do to others what you can expect of them and it might just all work out nicely .if not just count to 10...........or in my case a 110 !!!

The spectacular knit & stitch show

Well what a fantastic time we had I'm still buzzing from all the excitement even tho I have bee up since 5am in the morning my eyes will just not close tonight as I re-live today's whole experience it was..........simply fandappa dosey

We all met nice and early out side MrsT wool with out wagons ready to board the coach

Our lovely driver Chris did a grand job and got us there in no time we had all planed to do our projects on the coach but we were so excited and talked no stop it was soon time to get off

As we got off the coch and assembled ourselves,  the excitement took hold again.
I didn't know what to expect so I held an open mind as we had Rosie with us in our group we were able to enter the disabled access (bloody good job as we had to turf her out the chair to hold all our purchases, and believe me there was many)

The stalls and stands were so colourfull you couldn't resist to go and touch and ooh Arrrr at all the luxury yarns and materials we we like kiddies in a sweetie shop

We had only bin in the hall 5 minuets when we spotted Atic 24 we all ran to the stylecraft stall where "Lucy" in the flesh was chatting away to the public as we pushed are way to the froun to meet her I was in aur. Her wounderfull craftsmanship she was so nice and chatted to us we had photos taken and Mandy and I both purchesd the "cottage blanket" kit

    Meeting Lucy

This was the icing on the cake think Mandy was in wool heaven, Vicky and Rosie too.

The next stop was the amazing  rug knitting crochet from ingrid. Vicky has been dream of this stall for weeks.
I found it breath taking to see all the things she had mad using very thick yarn made from rugs and huge hooks and needles like broomsticks the colours blended together you would never have thought go together but some how it worked ,even Rosie was hooked and got in there too

 Rugs galour

There were just so many beautiful things to see and buy

After all that excitement it was time for lunch ,cup of tea and a good old look at what we had got so far rest are legs ready for part two

The place itself was a really lovely light and airy

As the afternoon flew bye we bought more and more yarn ,beads ,fabric, pins crochet hooks, needles you name it we got it goodness how much we all spent but it was worth every penny.
Full of high sprits we returned back to the coach loaded down with are goodies all chatting and swapping with the other what we had all bought.

Happy faces, soon turned into sleep ones as we dreamt about the wonderfull creations we were going to make .
